RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. 

In the event you received a faulty item, a proof of purchase through a receipt and/or an order number is required so we can process your request. We do not offer exchanges or credit notes.

We only process returns of HARMONY Accessories items that were purchased online at nycharmony.com or from one of the HARMONY Accessories Pop UP Stores. Items purchased from an independent stockist cannot be processed with us and must be returned to the store where the purchase was made.

We are happy to offer you a refund with the following conditions:

  • FULL PRICED items - Can be returned within 15 days

  • ALL SALE Items – Sales are final. No returns or refunds.


FAULTY ITEMS

Quality is a priority but in the unfortunate event of a faulty item, please don’t hesitate to contact Customer Service at hello@nycharmony.com or phone +516 988 0736 during business hours for assistance.

  • Please email us a photo of the defective item & a brief description to hello@nycharmony.com. Faulty items will be assessed whether to repair, replace or refund. 
  • We reserve the right to repair if possible in line with our sustainability values

REFUNDS

We are more than happy to accommodate a refund under our returns policy which is referred to at the top of this page.

  • Refunds will be processed as follows:
    1. Original method of payment
    2. Credited as a Harmony Accessories Gift Voucher
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached.
  • The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Harmony Accessories
  • We cannot be responsible for returned goods damaged or lost during transit
  • We recommend to insure your return package.
  • Please provide the tracking number to confirm the return of your items
  • Online orders can be returned to this address:  PO Box.
  • We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
